미끼

bait and reward 라고 하면 미끼를 주고 잘하면 보상을 주는 식을 말한다.

비슷하게 들리는 bait and switch 라는 말은 마케팅의 도구중 하나로 미끼상품으로 싼것을 홍보하고 정작 소비자가 물건을 사러 오면 (온라인이든 오프라인이든) 홍보했던 상품은 다팔렸다고하면서 더비싼 상품을 권하는것을 말한다.
