다시태어난 기분이다, 새사람이 된 기분이다

 

항상 긍정적인 의미로만 쓰인다(positive connotation). 며칠 못씻다가 씻었더니, 담배를 끊었더니 등등 긍정적인 변화를 드라마틱하게 느꼈을때 쓰는 말인것 같다.

 

I know I'm going to feel like a new person when I've healed, but for now, my entire head hurts.

설명서나 지시사항등을 글자그대로 따르다

임의로 해석하지 않고 엄격하게(strictly) 지킨다, 따라한다는 의미이다.
