The Taliban celebrated “Victory Day”/ and the first anniversary since it seized power of Kabul. But the year since the takeover/ has been disastrous for Afghanistan. The Taliban struggle to govern/ and remain internationally isolated. The economic collapse/ has driven millions more Afghans into poverty. Severe restrictions have been placed/ on access to education and jobs for girls and women,/ despite initial promises to the contrary. The Islamic State group poses a continuous security threat/ with attacks on mosques and minorities across the country. 

텔레반은 카불에서 정권 장악 1주년과 “승리의 날”을 기념했습니다. 그러나 권력 탈환 후 1년은 아프가니스탄에게 재앙이었습니다. 탈레반은 통치에 어려움을 겪고 있고, 국제적으로 계속 고립되어 있습니다. 경제 붕괴로 추가 수백만의 아프가니스탄인들을 빈곤하게 만들었습니다. 처음에 약속했던 것 (정권 초기의 약속)과는 달리 소녀와 여성들에 대한 교육과 일자리 접근은 엄격한 제한을 가하고 있습니다. IS는 국가 전역의 모스크와 소수집단에 대한 공격으로 지속적인 안보 위협을 제기하고 있습니다.
