사람인 경우 어디가 다쳤거나 아파서 해야 할 역할을 못하는 상황을 말한다.
out of order 는 사람한테는 쓰지 않고기계 등에만 쓰지만, out of commission은 기계나 사람 모두 쓸수 있다.
참고로, 술먹다가 너무 취해서 대화에 참여하지 못하는 상태가 된 사람한테도 out of commission이라고 한다^^
