사람을 표현할때 쓰면, 몸매가 좋다는 뜻도 되지만, 신체적으로 건강하다는 의미로 씁니다

그는 90세인대로 정정하다 라고 할때 He's in his nineties but still in good shape. 라고 합니다.

반면, 사람한테 condition이 나쁘다라고 하면 좀 어색합니다. 뭔가 영구적으로 건강상의 문제가 있는거처럼 들린다고 합니다.
